Five-minute walk to an uncrowded, spacious beach—two blocks to take the kayaks out on the Banana River canal. Relax on the screened-in enclosed deck and enjoy coffee early morning! Enjoy games, a fire pit, and hammocks. The kitchen includes a coffee/tea bar and a waffle maker. The comfortable beds and relaxing living room make this the perfect getaway.

The highlight is your private back deck and fenced yard. Relax together in the swim spa, enjoy the hammocks and fire pit, share a meal at the outdoor table or play horseshoes, Spikeball and other family games. Children have room to play, and dogs can safely enjoy the fenced yard. Nothing in your rental or outdoor area is shared with the neighboring duplex unit. Inside, comfortable beds and reclining leather sofas make it easy to settle in. The living room features a large Roku TV and dining space for six. Kids and adults can enjoy the small pool table, board games and classic Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga arcade games. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, 55-inch Roku TV, books, USB charging outlets and a massage chair for total relaxation. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and Roku TV. The third bedroom includes a twin trundle bed and pullout sofa, making it a fun and flexible space for children or additional guests. The kitchen is equipped for easy family meals and includes a coffee and tea bar and a waffle maker for relaxed vacation mornings. We also provide an exceptional collection of complimentary outdoor gear, including cruiser bikes, children’s bikes, six foam surfboards, boogie boards, fishing rods, inflatable paddleboards, a single kayak, and a two-person kayak. Simple transport systems make it easier to take the equipment two blocks to the ocean or the Banana River. The beach has no high-rises, only natural dunes, beautiful homes and plenty of room to breathe. The Banana River is also two blocks away, with a nearby dock that is perfect for fishing and enjoying the water. Downtown Cocoa Beach, restaurants, shops and ice cream are just a short drive or bike ride away. This home is one private side of a duplex with its own entrance, designated parking, private deck and fully fenced outdoor area. Whether you you spend your days surfing, kayaking and exploring or simply relaxing in the swim spa while the kids play nearby, we have thoughtfully included the little things that make a family getaway feel easy, comfortable and memorable.

This unit is a duplex. You have your own entrance and private outdoor area. - One of the reasons we purchased this property was to use it and to walk the blocks. - Two blocks one way is the Banana River where you can fish off the dock. - Two blocks the other way is the beach between the two are friendly neighborhoods to walk and talk and enjoy the safety and beauty of the area.

No matter where you need to go, doctor's appointments, special family events, or a trip to the airport. -> Another transportation to get to the Cocoa Beach Pier and downtown Cocoa Beach, take a taxi or use a ridesharing service like Uber or Lyft. -> If you're looking for Bike Rentals and visit the a1abeachrentals website.
