The place was amazing!! We utilized the heated pool and hot tub on the chillier days and was able to walk to the beach on those nicer days. The house provided fun beach toys including boogie board, surfboard and carts to load up chairs and such to the beach. The house was very easy to check in and had extra essentials such as trash bags and toilet paper. Overall we had an amazing stay and would gladly stay here again in the future!!

Brian was an amazing host , not only did him and his cleaning lady go out their way to help decorate for my partners birthday , she got a really tasty wine for us to celebrate! Thank you so so much !! Brian also allowed us to have access to the pool down the block ! He was helpful with instructions and everything. We brought our dog with us and he loved your home, all he did was sleep lol. The house was beautiful and cozy , the beach was right down the block!! Thank you brian for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place !! Definitely would come back!

Brian is quite possibly the nicest host I have interacted with for a rental. We were in town for our oldest daughters funeral and needed a last minute rental. He was so kind, responsive, and flexible to our needs. Because of him an otherwise emotionally charged weekend was peaceful and we were able to rest in between events. The house is comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is very quiet. The massage chair was definitely a bonus!

We had another amazing stay! We’ve stayed at one of Brian’s homes before at a different location, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. He is always so accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. The house truly feels like home — clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Communication is always quick, clear, and helpful, which makes the entire experience seamless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend booking with him!
