You’ll be just two blocks from a quiet stretch of beach, two blocks from the Banana River and within walking distance of downtown restaurants, bars, shops and ice cream. Inside, unwind on the spacious reclining sectional, stream your favorites on the Roku-equipped big-screen TV or enjoy classic arcade and console games. The open living area also includes a dining table, books and games for laid-back evenings together. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, Roku TV and a full-body massage chair that massages your back, arms, legs and feet. The second bedroom offers a plush queen bed and its own Roku TV, creating a comfortable space for couples, friends or families. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, cookware, dishes and the essentials for preparing meals. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, with both Keurig and drip coffee makers available. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the peaceful screened porch. The private fenced yard is perfect for children and dogs and includes outdoor games, ping-pong and a BBQ grill. After the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before relaxing in the hot tub on the enclosed porch. We provide bikes—including children’s bikes—surfboards, boogie boards, fishing poles and nearly every beach essential you could need. Hard-shell kayaks are also available upon request. This is a private unit within a duplex, with its own entrance, fenced outdoor space and convenient on-site parking just steps from the door. South Cocoa Beach combines vacation homes with local residences, giving the neighborhood a relaxed, residential feel rather than the atmosphere of a crowded hotel district. Whether you’re walking the beach, fishing near the river, exploring downtown or simply enjoying the many amenities at home, we’ve put care into the little things so your stay can feel easy, memorable and genuinely relaxing.

This unit is a duplex. You have your own entrance and private outdoor area. One of the reasons we purchased this property was to use it and to walk the blocks. Two blocks one way is the Banana River where you can fish off the dock. Two blocks the other way is the beach. Between the two is friendly neighborhoods to walk and talk and enjoy the safety and beauty of the area.
Guest Access
This unit is a duplex and your space is the closest to the parking and street. There is very low traffic and you are two blocks to the ocean. There is a back door and front door access with no common area other than sharing the BBQ if you wanted to use that.
