The big-screen Tv, equipped with Roku, gives you access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Espn+, and more. For added fun, enjoy classic video games on the connected console or challenge yourself on the full-size arcade machine.<br><br>Just off the living room, the screened-in front porch offers a peaceful spot to unwind, allowing fresh air and a comfortable place to relax without worrying about bugs.<br><br>The king bedroom includes a cozy lounge chair and ottoman, perfect for reading or watching Tv in peace. The queen bedroom is simple and comfortable, featuring a plush bed and a Roku-enabled Tv for a relaxing night’s sleep.<br><br>The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: an oven, microwave, cookware, and complimentary coffee and tea (available in both Keurig and drip options).<br><br>This is a private duplex unit with its own entrance and outdoor space. Parking is conveniently located on-site, just steps from your door. A privacy fence added in November 2022 allows dogs to roam freely in the yard while you relax on the porch. If you're in the mood for an outdoor meal, the Bbq grill is available for use.<br><br>The walkable neighborhood is two blocks from the beach in one direction and two blocks from the Banana River in the other. For a fun way to explore, golf cart rentals are available for around $75 per day.<br><br>South Cocoa Beach is a mix of vacation homes and local residences, offering a peaceful atmosphere without the feel of a hotel district. This unit is a duplex. You have your own entrance and private outdoor area. One of the reasons we purchased this property was to use it and to walk the blocks. Two blocks one way is the Banana River where you can fish off the dock. Two blocks the other way is the beach. Between the two is friendly neighborhoods to walk and talk and enjoy the safety and beauty of the area.
Guest Access
This unit is a duplex and your space is the closest to the parking and street. There is very low traffic and you are two blocks to the ocean. There is a back door and front door access with no common area other than sharing the BBQ if you wanted to use that.
